Article III. FARM WINERIES  


Division 1. GENERALLY AND LICENSE

PURPOSE

A farm winery may sell its wine and the wine of any other state farm winery licenses at retail in a tasting room or other facility on the premises of the winery for consumption on the premises and in closed packages for consumption off the premises and to sell its wine and the wine of any other state farm winery licenses at retail for consumption on the premises and in closed packages for consumption off the premises in tasting rooms at a location within the county that is one of the five additional locations in the state authorized by O.C.G.A. § 3-6-21.1(b), but only if the annual production of wine by the farm winery is made in the state in accordance with the source of berries, fruits or grapes as provided by the laws of the state and the rules and regulations of the state department of agriculture.
