Article IV. TEMPORARY SPECIAL EVENT LICENSE

Purpose

License may be issued to any person who meets the qualifications for a period not to exceed ten total days in any one year for an approved special event. To qualify for a temporary special event license an application must be submitted and the applicant must pay the fee as required in the county fee schedule and shall be required to comply with all the general ordinances, local, state and federal laws. Each individual special event shall not exceed three days.
