Article II. MALT BEVERAGES AND WINE  

PURPOSE

Be it ordained by the Stephens County Board of Commissioners, for the purposes of:

Promoting the health and general welfare of the community;

Establishing reasonable and ascertainable standards for the regulation and control of the licensing and sale of alcoholic beverages;

Protecting and preserving schools and churches' and

Preventing undesirable persons from engaging in or having any interest in alcoholic beverages; it is hereby ordained as follows:
